Bug: Mythallar Artifact Set - Neckpiece No Visuals Available

@nitocris83 Hey there!

I recently got the Mythallar Artifact Set and it won't allow for a neck visual spot. I've switched appearance items, taken the neck piece on and off to test other ones.

Can you have the Devs check this out and get fixed? I know it's cosmetic, but until then...
