So for some time now there have been a number of bugs in the radq system that will literally prevent the completion of the dungeon if the bug is triggered. Each has been reported, in time, in different posts, and yet they remain. Please fix these issues:
Tomb of the Nine Gods-During puzzles phases, if a group chooses to skip the puzzle and instead takes the alternative route, one of the options will drops rocks on the entrance of the door to the next section of the dungeon. The mechanic here is to interact with the rubble and clear it away before proceeding, but sometimes, the rubble will bug with the last rock being picked up, and cause the person to become stuck. This also seems to "reset" the puzzle, making the rock pile uninteractable, thus making further progress impossible. Dungeon cannot be completed.
Lair of the Mad Mage-It is possible during the first boss fight to accidently trigger the next campfire beyond the boss. If the group then fails to kill Arcturia, they will respawn at the next campfire after the boss, but with the defeat Arcturia dungeon quest still active. You cannot "go back" to kill her through use of "i'm stuck" or /defeatme as you will just respawn at the campfire AFTER Arcturia. Dungeon Cannot be completed.
The Infernal Citadel- The teleporting TIC bug that was claimed to be fixed in patch notes back in september has not, and has never been, fixed. It still pops up quite often. Dungeon cannot be completed as boss doesn't spawn after you escape the back and forth teleporting.
