Changing loadouts in DbV will cause the grapple system to stop working

Change back to the previous loadout and leave the area (go to PE or SH etc) to get it working again
This bug can be replicated quite easily. I was able to get this to happen on different classes ,so I suspect it can happen to anybody 8)
(providing it isn't due to having certain items equipped)
