Winter Festival - Critical Severity Boost from Mysterious Fortune Gives Armor Penetration

in Bug Reports (PC)
After equipped, the bonus in the buffs bar says: "Critical Severity Boost - Your Armor Penetration is increased by 7 times your level."

Armor Penetration no longer exists in the game.

    Just like real life, it is not possible to penetrate 7 times more than your current level. :p

    Can let them also know that there are Scrolls of Fate: Experience that give XP bonus.
