cryptic launcher crashes ''Loading , please wait'' loads forever !

Is it a known issue or something else ? there is also a message saying ''cryptic failed to talk to server this time , try again later ''
what is it ?

    If the message means it, it means your PC "cannot talk to the server". Typically, it means you have routing issue to go to Neverwinter server.

    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    It could also be a firewall issue. Check your Windows firewall or your router.

    For the very tech-minded:
    Install Wireshark and do a network capture while you attempt to start Neverwinter.

    The Wireshark trace should reveal what happens.
