Neverwinter Knight upgrade reset

I upgraded Neverwinter Knight to 6 characters from Epic to Mystic. 5 of 6 were reset back to Epic after the patch. 270 per companion upgrade token are wasted!!!

The character that was not affected did not equip 'Corbin the Venerated'.

    @nitocris83 Any update of this bug such as Dev acknowledges it. The support said it is escalated to his supervisor but nothing after that. Thanks.

    @nitocris83 Now, support marks my ticket "solved" by not solving it.

    "Upon the review of my superiors and based on the information you provided, it appears to be a result of a gameplay glitch that our development team will need to look into. Have no worries as I will surely forward these details to our development team so they can investigate further."

    Yes, I am worry because I think it will be swept under the carpet like the last one, Chultan Tigers, Ticket #311258, from Sept 30, 2020, marked it solved by "escalating to dev" but NEVER solve it.
