PE map problems

For both guard and mercenary recruitment quests available in guild stronghold, the PE map no longer shows the area to be searched for both. This is a recent bug. In addition, the PE map no longer shows most of the "points of interest" (e.g., tower of alteration). This also is a recent bug.
