Unused items became bound by changing loadout

I had Lliira's Bell of Empowerment and Lliira's Bell of Celerity in my inventory... I put my bounded into bank... Changed loadout and he/it took unused from inv. and made it bound to character.

The system will try to "pull" from the top-most bag in your inventory - you can try submitting a ticket to support, though.
