Make Bard's Storyteller feat work with people outside of your group

The Storyteller feat of the Bard only works for the members of your group, excluding yourself. Especially in trials this is kinda frustrating that people outside of your group don't receive the +DMG / OGH / DR buff. Only 4 out of 10 people get a benefit from having a Bard in its trial queue.
Furthermore if the 10 people split (like in Tiamat / Demo) and you are paired with people outside of your group the Storyteller feat is useless in many cases.
The Storyteller feat is the core buff of a Minstrel but you can't use it effectively in many situations.
