A 14 week gift is not given to everyone + builds + Request

Hello. English is not my native language, inaccuracies are possible.
1. I was asked to inform you that not everyone can receive the 14 week gift, some players do not have it from the reward agent.What is the reason for this is not clear.
2. Still not resolved the issue with switching interchangeable builds. "Apply to all builds" of companions and mounts does not always help.
3. In Demogorgon's rewards before rework, it was possible to get the "Brynnir's Doom" headgear, now it is gone. I know this is not a bug. We asked you to write to you with a request to return it as a reward.
