On PC: Issue recieving Alliance chats from Alliance members not in my guild or on my friends list.

I seem to be recieving only chats from people on my friend list or people in my guild. If I am in Alliance or Guild chat channel I cannot see chats from other Alliance members. I have tried creating new tabs, chosing different combinations and nothing is working. I have compared and changed my options settings to the same as others who do not have this problem and I still have the problem.

If anyone has a fix for this please email me in game to @zenbarrri

I opened a ticket 608313 and recieved response below, so I am following instructions.

Based on the information you supplied it looks like the issue is the result of a bug and while I don't have a fix for you, I'll gather the details that you've given to me and pass them on for further investigation. Something else you may want to do is post about this issue on the official bug reports forum: https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/categories/bug-reports-pc

It may be unrelated (in cause) but I had this on XBox recently - turns out I'd adjusted my console privacy settings so that I couldn't receive messages from people I didn't know but it had the unexpected effect of preventing me from seeing anything typed in any chat channel except from people on my friends list.
