Fighter feat "Shake it off" does not work.

This feat is supposed to add 300 magnitude to the fighters Retaliate, it does not. It adds to the tooltip, but not to actual damage dealt.

No Vanguard Fighter would use the alternative

The sad truth is that the alternative is the only one of the two that actually does anything at all, making it the only useable lvl 20 Vanguard feat.

The fact that this feat is not working as intended is crippling fighter tank threat generation

Feat works, it just does the exact opposite of what the tooltip states.
