Cathedral Of Madness - BUGGED!

How long will it take to fix this bug? Reported it three weeks ago and nothing has been done to fix it. I know I'm not the only one having this issue because I just found a post on reddit from a player experiencing the same thing. At the end of the quest after defeating Senobith the message pops up telling me 'Kill Senobith the Corruptor Complete' and it tells me to leave the cathedral and as soon as I step outside the popup message still says to Gather 4 Lieutenant's Talismans. I've completed this quest SIX TIMES (making sure that I abandon the quest first and start over fresh) but it never registers as complete making it impossible to continue the rest of the quests in The Chasm. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that did not work. Even tried changing the instance and that didn't work. What can be done to resolve this issue? If it can't be fixed I hope you can manually mark it as complete in my quest line so that I can move on to the next objective.

When I completed this I used my signpost to return to PE. I don't know if that avoids the issue but if you don't have VIP you can try using a portal stone or a teleportation scroll.

I'd be interested to hear if that works.

May be worth going around the cathedral and making sure you've clicked on everything that you can interact with. There might be some papers you need to collect at the back of it after you've killed Senobith.

Yes I forgot about that - there are papers that need picking up! They trigger a conversation with Linkletter.

They are at the very end of the cathedral.

That's a Cloaked Ascendancy quest. Not a Chasm quest.

Ah yes you're right, sorry. (things get muddled up these days, lol). Same cathedral, different quest.
Is there anything you can remember as a post-boss task on that one?

If not, maybe my previous zoning suggestion may help?

Edit: Another thought - have you tried going in with someone else who has the quest? This has sometimes worked in the past with other bugged quests.
