(Some) Bosses are not Immune to the Slow by Frozen Storyteller's Journal

(Some) bosses are not immune to the slow effect by Frozen Storyteller's Journal. Examples are Trobriand, Zaphael, Prince of Frost, and the Gloaming Court Golems. To reproduce, use the frozen journal with all it's pages, and it will cause the bosses to walk very slowly.
This is a issue in the boss fights that I listed as a key mechanic for them is for the tank to move them to the right locations. This is difficult to do when they walk slowly, especially if they have timed mechanics; e.g. the Prince of Frost can do his hypo + cone attack while still on an ice patch, or Zaphael can get stuck doing his attacks while standing on fire circles.
