still no response

been couple weeks now that i have posted here on the forums and through tickets with customer service and still no response from anyone . I completed a quest from the adventures and did not receive the reward for completing it, it can easily be seen that it was never sent to my inventory .

582425 I was told weeks ago to post on the forums which I had multiple times and this is the first time I've received a response, they are just closing the ticket and ignoring me now even though nothing was resolved.

Quest that you completed?
Sometimes in an adventure it is not clear that you need to talk to someone to actually finish the adventure.

You are the first person I’ve seen not be able to receive adventure rewards :.
You have a wealth of fellow adventurers here that could possibly help

ive been playing the game since launch i know how quests work lol and theres nothing a fellow player can do when you complete a quest and do not receive the reward

Still, it's probably best to give them some info (the devs) as they work better (read: at all) when given something to go on. You should post screenshots of your adventure board.

they and nitocris have all of that , it was all submitted in the ticket which nitocris asked for the # too and i gave to her weeks ago

Ok @spartan3121#9063 , I've been working on tracking down the info - it's not as easy as it might seem since it involves identifying the names of quests in the backend.

Per the info you provided and looking at the tools available to me, it appears that you completed this quest on that character a few years ago. Is this what you recall on your end? I am not able to search by rewards granted, only by mission complete but I'd like to get that info confirmed first.

thank you , not sure when the original quest was completed. The new quest with the new leveling system that has the shadow wolf great sword as its reward was completed the day the new leveling system went live.

Maybe they can cut out the leg work and just send you one?
