How do I Change my name??

I’ve bought the rename token used it and it tells me I have rename token, though I can’t spot it anywhere, but I thought I knew where to change the name but can’t finds it anywhere. These rename tokens are not cheap people.

You do it from the character select screen but it is currently bugged for a lot of players (if not all).
