Bag Of Ten Town Treasure is Unavailable To Purchase with Genie Gifts

Anybody else notice this bug? I first notice this when I couldn't buy the Ten Town Treasure Bag with Genie Gifts with my alt who is currently doing the Storm Kings Thunder Campaign. I went to my main who has a 100 percent completion with the campaign and everything completed and I can't buy any Treasure Bags with her either.

Can also confirm this is happening for me - both on a completed character and uncompleted. Tried with both Account bound Genie's Gifts and unbound. But always advises Requirements not met.

Same here, this needs fixing before the x2 currency event is done! @nitocris83 please look into this, its been reported ever since Mod 21 came out but time is running out now.
