Stalwart Golden Lion Party Radiant Damage Not working

As title 'aurulent roar' should give party members stacks of 'radiant weapon' that will give 2% dmg per stack to them, the problem its that it isnt working for party members, its working only for the owner, it should be 'radiant damage' in the log.
