Bug : Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow severely nerfed by leveling changes.

The Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow's power "Moonbeam" used to give players +4000 Critical Strike and enemies -4000 Critical Avoidance (50 stat X 80 levels). After leveling changes this value should be reduced to 50 stat X 20 levels, reducing stat gain by 75%.

Moonbeam currently gives +100 Critical Strike rating at max level.
