RTQ and RADQ - reward instability

* My RADQ reward is not resetting properly at 10am UTC - it remains on 4600 AD in the queue window even if it should have reset
* If I alternate clicking on the RTQ and RADQ lines, the seals reward is unstable:
- The RTQ seals reward varies between 20 and 50 seals
- The RADQ seals reward varies between 40 and 90
