VoS only drops M16 gear

All dungeon delvers' week, there was no delight. VoS has not dropped a legendary ring for anyone in aliance in a week, and all everyone is reporting is red feather clan, prized cult, ebonized, or blackened jaw stuff. Most we seem to get is the +3 ring which gives extra damage to undead. Can you please investigate if drop rates have somehow dropped with dungeon delvers'? I mean they were bad to begin with (please no more prized helmet of the cult...) but this is downright odd.
