I cannot redeem the rewards of the campaign I have completed it does not give me missions and I had already completed these campaigns in the old module

You can't complete them because you can't get quests in the Elemental Evil zones.

This is also a Preview issue and you would be much better off posting it there.

More to the point, you might want to cut, copy, and paste it to the thread already started about this subject "Finished or Unfinished?". The developer stated this is all working as intended.
