Unable to remove an empty 12-slot bag from inventory because one slot seems to be occupied forever.

So, a long time ago, my Paladin got a 12-slot Embroidered Bag of Holding, I think it's called.

I recently wanted to switch out a smaller bag for a newly bought larger one, only I noticed the bag had one slot that was always taken by something... except it's invisible. If I empty the bag, I can remove 11 items, but not the 12th. Sorting the 12th item so it's in the first slot, and then right clicking in makes it show Mark as Protected or a greyed-out discard, but neither work. Clicking-and-dragging on the slot, reveals a hidden Shield with a Neverwinter N symbol on it, but I can't screenshot the icon while dragging the hidden thing with Steam's screenshot function, so I'm unsure what's going on.

Basically.... I'm stuck with a 12-slot bag with 11 slots. :(

    Hi! I did actually. I sent a message to support and opted to link this post to my Support Request. Waiting on a response, but I don't mind waiting if I can figure the bug out or find out what caused it. I'll try to take a screenshot of the right-click interface to add to the bugpost here and to my support query as well. :)

    It's literally unnamed, so when Support asked me for the name of the invisible item, I wasn't sure what to say.

    This happened before, quite some time ago. Looking at some of the items in your bags... resonance stone... have you just returned to the game? It may be that old issue.

    Hello. Yes. I'm a returnee after a two or 2-and-a-half year hiatus.

    What's the old issue though?

    Hello! Just an update.

    The account person who's looking into my query thinks it's an item in my overflow, when I explicitly mentioned it's an invisible unnamed item in one specific bag, the embroidered bag of holding. I'm not sure if they can just remove that one bag from my inventory slots, but I'd really like to put that free 42-slotter into my inventory slots soon.

    there is verly little chance any dev will answer in followin few days anyway, if thats what u woried bout

    Because it is holidays and people usually do not work in holidays.
