@nitocris83 Hi Cris im sorry to bother u on this matter but honestly im tired of talking to tickes support and getting the same answer. Since April 2nd and the Chicken event i have had Chicken seed stuck in my overflow bag. I have done all the usual stuff of making space to try and move it but it is just stuck there.

Ive even delibrately added extra stuff to the overflow then done auto move and everything else moves fine except the feed. On several occasions now i have raised a ticket explaining this exact same thing only to be greeted with the exact same responce of make room in my inventory.

I dont mean to call out your staff i get that they must get thousands of emails but i seriously i fill like i may aswell be speaking to a bot.

Currently i am stuck in game im unable to hand in quests coz it tells me my overflow is full. Im unable to accept my daily VIP stuff coz it tells me my overflow bag is full and im just so frustrated. All i ask is for it to be removed from my bag.

Jeez that sux I'm guessing you've tried deleting them?

Personally, I find it really annoying that we can't sell to vendors directly from the overflow bag - I'd much rather a 'burdened' system that slows players down with items in overflow than not being able to sell directly from overflow.

Unfortunately its a non deletable item from the overflow bag so its just stuck there. I cant do anything with it at all. 😭

Have you tried mailing it to yourself? Have you tried selling it to a merchant?

This is a long shot but clear out a space in your professions materials bag, even if it's not full and restart the game.

I have tried this cleared out about 20 spaces for it. Even went to the extreme of making sure it wasnt vanity pets or materials either 😭😭

I've had similar issue when i 'lost' a bonding stone while transferring it between toons with shared bank,
The super automated responses and repeatable 'stupid' questions have been transferred between me and support for over three weeks, back then bonding13 was the highest tier.

Of Course it pissed me off and I called them out many many bad things, well it was an clear lack of competence...

Then the Ticket hit on the Twyllabyte's desktop, and he stated that i have no respect for their support, banned me and I NEVER recovered my Bonding 13.

When BBB inquired about it, the answer from Cryptic was: The User does not exist.

I hate to even ask because I know you said you tried emptying all your bags. But… one of my toons has extra bird feed that resides under the items tab in riches under “other currencies”. It can’t be deleted. I’ve heard that bag can become full and more currencies can’t go in it. It appears some things in it can be sold or discarded to make room for more currencies. I haven’t tried it though. It looks like it has 36 slots before it is full. Is it by any leap of the imagination full? I hate you are not able to play and not receiving the help you need.

Do you have more seed you can put in the same bag? Just on the off chance it may stack and nudge the invisible status?
