Morlanth's Shroud animation not working.

For some time now my Morlanth's shroud animation stopped working. Since this is the reason I use it I really would like it to work. And since we can only get one, I'm stumped as to what to do. I've tried unequipping, and re equipping but that doesn't work. I have sent a couple of tickets but apart from a 'sorry to hear that' nothing has been forthcoming. I really would like it to work again. Please please help me....
