Crown Of The dead doesn't work with Killing Storm daily power

The item Crown Of The Dead reads "when you use a daily power, you pull all enemies within 20 feet towards you". I use the daily power 'Killing Storm' and it kinda freaks the game out lol. It launches the enemies OUT to about 20 feet, pulls them back right up close to me before instantly launching them back out 20 feet again.. it does this about 5 times in three seconds. I have tested with other dailies and it works as normal(pulls enemies towards me.

Also i saw the preview of rare gear for Sharandar part 3 and you have another head piece with the same effect, so best to check that works with Killing Storm.

Please can i be updated on this as i want to use this headpiece and Killing Storm is a main of my loadouts.

Edit: just noticed this is the PC forum. Im playing on Xbox.
