Vault of Stars: respawning after defeat at the second boss

When you die at the second boss and click on ressurect it can happen that you don't respawn at the campfire before the boss but at the very beginning. In order to come back you have leave the queue group and reenter it which of course only works in private queues.

I don't know if another workaround exists or what causes this issue.
