Redeemed set bug

When the buff for the redeemed set is active, the 5% power is added but no buff to incoming heals. Incoming heals should receive a 3% buff from set as per tool tip.

    Bump for a Zen store item which is bugged. Description of item in Zen store lists a +3% incoming healing, tool tip as well, but only provides the power buff. @Nitocris83, can we at least know if the bug is known about?
