I didn't purchase...i'm going to assume it's nerfed for the sale but not changed in game? If the zen wasn't so bad now I would just get it and see.

It appears the list in the news is worse than the list of the one in Zen store. I suspect they copy and paste and old news and did not update it.

Note that: the list in the news still uses old names such as Ultimate enchanting stone instead of Enchanting stone, Rank 6.

The issue with the blog is indeed the incorrect use of older information. Some stuff escapes us so we appreciate folks pointing it out. I'll go ahead and correct current and hopefully this will remove the issue from future blogs.
