I am stuck with empowered runestones!!!, as with new combat changes i no longer needed all these extra power anymore, what should i do? no exchange system like bonding runestones exchange?

they had a limited exchange vendor for them for a couple of weeks. They aren't useless like bonding so still have value, unlike bonding

So basically they drained the market of a lot of unwanted empowered runestones, which should help to keep the price of them up.

They are still good for tanks as they give hp in defensive slots

Well, depending on if you have some low ranking Bonding Runestones left (or buy some from the AH), you could just exchange those for echantments/runestones choice bags and then get whatever runestones you want from them. Those runestones are of course bound to account, but that's probably better then being "stuck" with "useless" Empowered Runestones, right?

I'm currently exchanging a few R9 Bonding Runestones i had banked for such bags, and getting Indomitable Runestones from them... as mentioned above, they're bta, but that doesn't bother me.

Btw. i wouldn't be surprised to see Empowered Runestones and even Radiant Enchantments becoming "BiS" again after another game update, therefore i just banked my for now - waste not, want not.

Options:
1. sell the empowered to AH
2. Keep the empowered but lower the power somewhere else.
3. stash them and wait for the day they can be useful to use.
4. .....
