Friends list bugged

So I'd like help from a neverwinter employee in an attempt to fix my account. About a year ago I changed my PS4 online ID and I think thats what has messed up my neverwinter friends list. I show up as offline on my buddies friends list and I cant view my own friends list. Help would be much appreciated

No. I was under the impression there isn't a way to do that for PS4 specifically thats why I posted here
