"You do not meet the requirements for this item" on Character Login

Just as per the subject - pops up as a floating red message on logging in, doesn't otherwise affect or hinder the character after that (a L80 Paladin, with IL 40k+ dependent on active loadout) - no idea what it is in reference to.

Anyone seen similar?

I've had that message for months now, but only on the character that has all 3 River District portal stones in her inventory and additional chests for more.

That message used to pop up just on acquiring another chest, but now it's on every login. At least, that's what I suspect.

I can confirm this is the cause - I deleted all the portal stones in my inventory and left just the chests, and the error has gone away.

I can also confirm that discarding the portal stone will eliminate this message from popping up.
