Freshly bought Rat Pup not appearing in the Collection

GM Mavis suggested (via the ticket system) to share my problem here:


I've purchased the Rat Pup from the Zen store but it didn't appear in the Collection list ("Your collection - Feast of Lanterns")

Could you do something?

Can confirm this. The pup from the zen store doesn't trigger collections but an old unbound one does.
