Manaseeker - Achievement.

Hello.
For get this set from mod 10,5 - sea of moving ice u are able to unlock achievement "Manaseeker" but only if u upgrade it to legendary.
My question is what can i do if i discard this set and seems like i cannot get it back that means cannot get achievement too.
