Can't dodge some attacks anymore(after combat change)

Not sure how to describe this, so I will rely on examples. In LOMM at the last boss, after positioning myself so that Trobriand's AOE attack would hit and activate an scorpion, I could move out of the way before the attack actually happened. Now, after the combat change, the red telegraph follows me until it actually hits, so I cannot dodge it, otherwise the attack would miss the scorpions. I noticed this same kind of behavior at the 1st boss of IC, with the tail attack now following me until it hits, whereas i could dodge it before. Also in Lair of Lostmauth, the fire breath red telegraph follows me until he starts to actually breath fire. There clearly is a pattern for these changes, so I decided to submit it here(unless it was an intentional change, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere).

Last boss in MC is doing it as well. I would guess that Stormcaller mobs are doing it too. This is an old bug that was fixed and now is back again.

I second the observations of Greywynd as well. I also noted in IC that if you got towards the back of the circle that the first boss makes as he makes the spine attack, it will turn around in the air and wipe the party.
