Cloaked Ascendancy Quests and campaign do not show

Having an issue showing anything coming from this campaign at all. grab a quest and its gone forever and does not show in journal what so ever.. I cannot complete any quests and cannot drop any quests. As this option does not exsist. I am stuck in limbo. Family Heirlooms quest does not work also..the bags to not sparkle and allow you to collect them.
