Unable to choose powers

Seems like a run face first into another bug.
I started a Wizard for alt char because i was curios about exploring the paragons, since my main, a warlock, thanks to the loadout system allowed me to fully explore both the DPS and the Healer paragon.
When i reached the point of choosing paragons on the wizard i decided to use the loadouts to have both paragons again, first i choosed the taumaturge, and no problem at all, then i used the second loadout for the arcanist, first seemed that it was ok, the paragon was accepted, but when i tried to drag the at will and encounter powers, it was not possible, even when both where avialable i couldn't drag them to their slots, i tought i needed mor experience so i get up one more level, and nothing, i left the alt and get it again afther the thursday patch, same story, so far the first loadout works like a charm, but the second loadout does not allow me to drag neither the at will nor the encounter powers to their slots, hopefully, it will be patched in the near future, altought i know you have your hands full in this days.
