sent a bug report in game about not being able to locate/use the Aasimar race reroll on an alt.

[Request Received]: 359416: CANNOT locate/use Race Reroll from Aasimar Race Token claimed from Redeemed Citadel

So i am not sure if i claimed the race reroll token last week on one of my alts, but the option to claim it via the RC rewards is greyed out. Assuming I did, I cannot go race reroll for free on the character select on this certain toon that have finished all 4 milestones.

I tried looking in shared bank, and personal banks of different toons in case i moved it, but i couldnt find it.

Is there a way to have this fixed on your side @nitocris83?

I would not like to spend any more zen on the race reroll because of a bug, when i already purchased the unlocking of the race with zen early on in milestone 1.

Have you tried to restart the game and reroll the race by right clicking the character in the selection screen before entering any of your characters?

The race rerroll token can only be used from the character select screen and doesn't go to the inventory, so you certainly don't have it in the bank or in an alt. The claim is a 100% discount voucher, that you use to purchase the token. Did you remember doing that or you never received the voucher to begin with? If you did the purchase, then you'll need to restart the game to use it by right clicking your character on the select screen (there's a bug that makes it impossible to change the race of your characters after you have entered the game in any of them).

Just in case you have not done this already:
To check if you have the race re-roll capability, you need to logout from your account. Login. Before you get into any character, right click to the character you want to re-roll to see if you have race re-roll.
If you did not do these steps, race re-roll would be grey out.

I have received and used the voucher on wizard and cleric. As others have said, you have to do it before entering the game upon starting the client. This isn't specific to the Citadel event.

Also, could you confirm if you are on Dragon or Drider server?

Hi all thanks for the responses. I have been able to do this on my other character, a ranger. but that one I did right away. For this one, my Fighter, I fear that maybe i have claimed the voucher last week, but forgot to do the race reroll right away - and when i remembered that I can change race now on my Fighter - i couldnt find the voucher and logging out and back in and right click and finding the option race reroll on my fighter was greyed out and unavailable.

Breaking news:

Im on the Dragon server (the non russian one) i think. I tried to check by logging in game but couldnt see it.

Anyways, i think the in game support just recently gave me 2 race reroll tokens, since i didnt have this before and i checked on a toon that hasnt finished RC yet.

They have yet to send an email about it, but with that my issue of not being able to change into Aasimar on a toon that has completed the milestone has been resolved. Thanks to everyone who tried to help out!

I could be wrong but I would expect you can only get ONE free race re-roll token for the whole account for this. As far as I know, race re-roll token is an account level thing and not character level. I can use that re-roll token to any of my characters. I don't expect they will give me 30+ race re-roll tokens to my 30+ characters.

yes from the event is just one. but im guessing since mine bugged out they just gave me 2 of the generic race reroll tokens.

or maybe i just had those two race reroll tokens from before. i dont really know. I'll let this one slide since i was able to reroll on the toon i wanted to do it on.
