Reptilian Extraction Disconnect

I have tried many times this week to complete the AI quest and I get disconnected from the server every time. I tried 4 times on my warlock and now once on my ranger.

I have had this same issue. I get to where I get back on the ship and I get booted out of the game.

Yes im also having a problem completing the quest. Also id like to be able to use a PS# or PS4 controller on my pc to play neverwinter like i have in the past but it wont allow me even if i use steam. i've looked up many controller setting but neither work could you assist me with this since i dont like using keyboard and mouse on on the pc version ty.
