Companions set back to 0

in Bug Reports (PC)
I was looking though my companions and I know, KNOW, that I level up all my companions as I get them but I have a HAMSTER load of companions that are set back to 0 level and I even have LEGD. Companions that are at level 35 when I KNOW I have leveled them up to 40. What the F gives here?

    I assume you send them for training. Posting some pictures would help.
