Reforger's Loupe no Icon in Appearance Library

Having reached the 14000 target in Milestone 3, I claimed the Reforger's Loupe and mouse clicked to convert it to an appearance library item. But having done this and wanting to equip it, there was no Icon for it in the appearance tab!. Thinking I had not followed the right procedure I then purchased another one from Yahael the vendor, but on using the correct procedure again to equip it, I received the message 'This item already exists in your Appearance Library' which of course it does not. This is on my Paladin but now I am loathe to try equipping on my other characters, in case the same issue occurs. I have put in a ticket and they advised that I post here to see if other players have the same or similar problem.

Thanks for reporting! How many appearances do you have saved in that slot? (there should be a counter with x#/100 in each appearance category). Thanks!

Are you looking in your fashion tab?

Julia, I have 5/100 slots used currently.

Malistaire, as stated in my post I have my replacement one in the fashion tab and unable to equip it as stated above "this item already exists in your Appearance Library" obviously from my original conversion, but I have no Icon in the Library to enable me to use it.

@tradolf - Issue was escalated last week for investigation
