Blessed Artifacts of the herald cannot be refined to 1100 as advertised

the items in the Blessed artifacts of the Herald crate, namely Divine focus and Celestial sash cannot be refined to more than 980. The description on the crate says both items can be refined to 1100. a support lead said they are supposed to be be able to be refined to 1100 and had forwarded my ticket to the developers to fix an obvious BUG. Post if you have heard from anyone running the game as to fixes to this bug or if youve finally been able to get the items to 1100

    Pretty sure that support lead doesn't know what he/she is talking about. They've been shown in the collections as 980 items all the time, so more likely the text showing them as 1100 is the bug in this case.

    Most likely copy and paste (without paying attention) issue. I would not be surprised if the milestone 4 companion equipment has the same 'copy and paste' issue.

    There has been hints from Nitocris that something will happen with Hunt drops in phase 4, making them somehow upgradeable.

    Maybe wait and see what happens in phase 4.
