"Post discussion" button is not available

When i write a message longer then 12 lines, it hides "post", "save", "cancel" menu under the bottom margin with Terms of Service and ets.
Same problem when i write long comments

I made a screenshot.
I use Yandex browser if it matters

    Known issue. Try using the 2 arrow button on top left to expand it and then scroll up and find the 2 arrow button to collapse. It may help to show the "Post Comment" button.

    refresh the page and voila. it will be back

    Vanilla was made aware of this and we are waiting to hear back from them for an update.
