Hi - My computer fried last night and in the process of getting a new PC I had the registered email being that of my former employer. In changing it on the new PC it is sending a verification to an email that no longer exists. I have submitted a ticket but didnt get a number with it - it just said submitted successfully. Is there anyway a live person could respond to me on the status of that ticket. It is simply a matter of manually making the change to the email (per Arc support page) so hoping for a real quick turnaround. Thanks
