Forum Banner? - Creating posting problems

Using Google Chrome Version 85.0.4183.102 (up to date)

When responding to posts, the banner at the bottom of the page gets in the way, and makes it difficult, if not impossible to post.
The same thing happens with long posts too - there is no ability to scroll the page down to the "post discussion" "save draft" "preview" "cancel" buttons.

You can get to them by pressing tab, but then you can't scroll back up, and you are unable to see the top of the post that you're typing.

I don't have other browsers installed to check if it's occuring on another browser for me. But noted that another forum user is also having this issue.

Yeah, it's a known issue apparently, earliest forum post I could find about it is Bug with big posts which includes a possible workaround. But at least @nitocris83 did post a reply to confirm that the issue is being investigated.
