Cannot post on forums

Posting for a friend....

My friend has been playing Neverwinter on PC since 2012. He logs into his account here, but does not have any options to post to these forums. He has opened a help desk ticket (#242905), but they told him to post on the forums and write to community@crypticstudios.com. He has emailed this address 3 times with no response, so I am posting here on his behalf.

My friend can't even post from a browser. He can't post AT ALL and he's had an account since 2012.

@nitocris83 Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

@nitocris83, I am the friend who can't post. I had to create this new account to post here. I'd really like my real account to have access. I have been writing to forums support for weeks and haven't received any replies. Please contact me so I can get this sorted.
I can't post through the site nor through the game client.
