Loading Screen Crash

Following a SNR issue in game I had to exit and restart my game. I then kept getting botted out 3/4 of the way through the black Cryptic loading screen. Shut down machine and did a router reset and still the same problem... What fix is available pls

Have you tried logging in safe mode? (Go to Options on the launcher screen and under Game there should be a Safe Mode with a checkbox next to it you can select)
