In LOMM all party members have got revive sickness skulls without dying. We have got revive sickness skulls just by running along . I have got 6 once. (we have been in random epic dungeon)
@nitocris83 Talking to a guild/alliance member recently about this, it looks like it might be a bug with the Soulforged armour enchant. When it revives one party member, it appears gives the entire party/raid team revive sickness. But I haven't tested it to confirm.
@nitocris83 When the bug appears, revive sickness stack gets added to everyone, every 4sc, up to 5/6 stacks. always saw this happen with an OP tank in team. last time it happened in Tomm, after all died we were at campfire and the skulls stop adding once the OP unslot aura of vengeance? might be related. couldn't verify this as we had no problem afterwards tho
