A fix was patched for Xbox this morning and we hope to have it out on PS4 tomorrow or Thursday.

A fix for this issue is being planned for tomorrow (July 17) on PC and on Tuesday, July 21 on Console.

We are investigating the issue of the Summer Provision Artisan not available for some players. We will update this thread with any additional information when available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
