Disconnected when loading Some Characters

I have not had any issues with my internet or the game up to this point. Today, I logged in and I can only access two of my characters. Both characters are in Avernus. I cannot access any of my other characters. I get disconnected from server error and I'm forced to login again.

The "Loading..." phase sits with the bar 95% of the way complete. The realm is not shown at the top of the loading screen. The system sits for about a minute before it logs out and shows the "Disconnected from Server" error. My daughter's account can login in fine and access all 3 of her characters without issue on the same PC as the one I'm using.

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

ADDITIONAL INFO: My daughter's account loads into Yawing Portal and Mantol-Derith, while my characters with issues are trying to log into Protector's Enclave. My two working characters are successfully logging into Avernus.

UPDATE: I've uninstalled the game from Arc and loaded the game again. The issue persists. My daughter's account works fine. Still the only thing consistent is that characters in PE will not load. All characters not in PE will load fine.

Can you let me know your account name and which characters you can't log into? (or if it's a long list, let me know account name and which 2 you can log in with)
